INGREDIENTS:

Sprouted Ragi, Beetroot powder, Cardamom, Banana powder

HOW TO COOK:

  • Add 30gms of ragi malt & 50mL of water in a bowl and mix well.
  • Ensure no lumps are present. Add half a cup of milk/water in a cooking pan and pour the mixture.
  • Cook on a medium flame for 3-5 mins (stir continuously to avoid lumps)
  • Once done add jaggery for children .
