Ingredients:
Roasted – Finger, Sorghum, Pearl, Foxtail, Kodo, Barnyard, Little, Mappillai Samba Rice, karuppu kavuni rice, Karun Kuruvai Rice, Urad Dal, Green Gram Dal, Groundnut.
How To Cook:
Take in Thiru Health Mix (2 tbsp) and mix with 200 ml (1 cup) of water or milk without lumps. Boil in the oven for 3 minutes and stir well to prevent lumps. Serve hot with caster sugar or honey as needed. (Variation: Can be mixed with water and served with salt).
